Pancake Day: Making pancakes on griddles

Racine, Wisconsin — Pancake Day cooks, including Miss Racine 2007, Brittani Madala — cook pancakes on specially-designed pancake griddles at Festival Hall in downtown Racine, Wisconsin.

An annual fundraiser sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Greater Racine since 1955, Pancake Day proceeds benefit youth-related projects in the community.
